Homes for sale in Courtlea Oaks in Winter Garden FL. Courtlea Oaks is a community of single-family homes located near the center of the city. The community has no gate and its main entrance is on N Dillard Street directly across from the Winter Garden Recreation Department.

The community is easily noticed because of the Red Brick Entrance with the Courtlea Oaks name on both sides. There is another entrance on East Division Street which is across the street from Courtlea Park. It is very easy to locate either community.

Courtlea Oaks has few amenities. Just nice homes and amenities all around it. Winter Garden has a YMCA and a lot of parks. One such park is Newton Park. Newton Park is very close and has some really great features. Right next to it is Farnsworth Community Pool.

 Courtlea Oaks was completed over a 12 year span. Construction Began in 1995 but some of the homes are as new as 2007. You can find homes in the community from 2,100 to nearly 4,800 square feet. Whenever you have homes in a community this size it is normally a nice community. Most communities in Winter Garden have smaller homes.

Courtlea Park is a non-gated community located on the north side of East Division Street across from Courtlea Oaks. This community has one entrance which is clearly marked. There are large community signs on both sides of the entrance and to make it easier the street name is Courtlea Park Drive.

This subdivision has 42 homes inside of it. Most of the homes were built in 2006 and 2007. The homes in the neighborhood vary in size from 2,290-3,525 square feet of living area.

Courtlea Oaks and Courtlea Park are very close to the cultural heart of Winter Garden. The history and beauty of the city is well documented in Centennial Plaza. Often just called Centennial Park in downtown Winter Garden.

The Plaza stretches down Plant Street where for 100 years people have walked in and out of shops, restaurants and bars on holiday or after a long weeks work. The Town was built on cedar, oranges and the railroad that carried the product to market. Hopefully you will take some time to walk and enjoy the area and free museums.
