There are only 47 condos in the Hamptons at Heathrow. They are inside of the community and overlook the course and 2 large ponds. There is a community pool and these are very nice condos. Plus they are inside of Heathrow. The downside, because of the number available only 5-6 sell every year. The median price is about $189,000.
Hidden Village is a decent sized condominium located near W Lake Mary Blvd and Interstate-4. Great for commuting and shopping. Hidden Village is out of the way from most traffic and has a great pool. Normally one of these homes will sell every month so you will likely see one or two in the results below. Expect the median price of $118,000 and a condo fee of about $300 monthly.
Notting Hill is a fairly large condominium. There will likely be homes for sale here. It is located immediately west of I-4 and south of Lake Mary Blvd. There are 28 condos that sell here each year. The reason is there are simply so many. The homes were built in 2000 and the median price is about $156,000.The Condo fee is around $400 per month.
