Colonial Town in NE Orlando FL
Colonial town is a District of Orlando Florida. It is located in the Northeastern section of Orlando and is commonly referred to as Colonial town North and Colonial town South. Colonial town is just West of Colonial town Center and they are separate locations not bordering one another. Colonial town North is on the Northern side of E Colonial Dr. Colonial town South is you guessed it, on the South side of that same road.
Colonial town South has Orlando's Downtown YMCA on its Western side. On its' Eastern side is the Colonial Plaza Mall. Colonial town South is a older neighborhood and is filled with mature trees and shade. The homes are competitively priced and downtown. Which means close to everything.
Colonial town North goes all of the way North to Virginia Drive. There are many homes in Colonial North and it borders Audubon Park. If you are interested in Colonial town you should go by the Colonial town Neighborhood Center. Other than that that this is downtown Orlando. As you would expect everything you need is at your doorstep.
