Commuting and shopping

A couple of great things about this neighborhood are the commuting and local shopping. Many of us want to drive no more than 5 minutes to the closest grocery store and if possible we would like a convenient gas station nearby as well. Chatham Place is about 1/2 of a mile from both the Publix Supermarket at Landstar, and Race Trac gas station. Just 1/4 of a mile further and you are on the 417 for your more distant commuting. Combine those factors with such a nice community and you can see why so many people live in and around Chatham Place.
