We have chosen to give the lowest price, the highest price, the number of homes sold and the median priced home. The reason we use the median is it removes the impact of extreme pricing. We do however include short sales and foreclosures in the calculation.

Windermere FL Housing Market

Windermere Florida is located Southwest of Orlando Florida and is famous for golfing, the Butler Chain of Lakes and having million dollar homes. In the previous month 374 homes have sold here. The lowest price was $216,000 and the highest priced home to sell was $23,000,000. The median price of a home to sell was $539,000.

Winter Garden FL Housing Market

Winter Garden FL Housing Market was responsible for 545 home sales. Of course this is a much larger area than some may believe. We include all of the 34787 zip code. The lowest price home to sell was $116,000 and the highest price home sold for just $10 under $2,500,000. The median price for a home was $419,000.

Horizons West Winter Garden FL

Horizons West is the portion of Winter Garden and Western Windermere that extends southward of Hartwood Marsh Road/Stoneybrook West Parkway. A rough start for it would be the south side of Johns Lake. This is area is growing and modernizing rapidly and similar to Lake Nona to the east. The lowest price of a home to sell in Horizons West was $278,000 and the highest price to have sold in the previous month was $1,564,000. The median price for a home was $410,000.

Orlando Florida Housing Market

Orlando is a huge area and takes up a lot of Orange County Florida. A whopping 1,195 homes sold in Orlando in the previous month. Of those homes the least expensive was a $38,000 condo. Of course condos are often inexpensive because the condo fees are so high. The most expensive home to sell was $1,950,000 and it was in Vizcaya (Dr Phillips near Universal Resort). The median price for a home in Orlando was $280,000.

Lake Nona Housing Market

Lake Nona is in East Orlando on the east side of the Orlando airport. This is an area built by Tavistock and the most of the newer homes include a CDD along with the property taxes. However Lake Nona is incredible, modern and growing rapidly. Definitely a hot spot here in Orlando. We market it very aggressively also. To be honest I included a larger area than the real boundaries of Lake Nona. Not to matter because most people who do not live here would want this slight deviation included anyway. (Your Welcome Eagle Creek). 102 homes sold in Lake Nona last month. The lowest price was $197,000 and the highest was $1,570,000. The median price was $361,000.

Kissimmee FL Housing Market

Kissimmee Florida housing market includes a lot of resort homes. Since the whole #Coronovirus problem they have not faired as well as usual. However Kissimmee is huge and extends all of the way south to the tip of Lake Tohopekaliga. In Kissimmee 510 homes sold for a median price of $250,000.
