Carver Town can be found less than 1/2 of a mile northwest of downtown Winter Park Fl. The community has 100 homes/ home sites and extends from W Webster Avenue southward to Canton Avenue. It is not had to find because it is bordered not by other communities buy by businesses. One interesting side note that makes it easy to find Carver Town. N Pennsylvania Ave turns to red brick at the communities southeastern corner. 

Most of the homes in Carver Town were built between 1935 and 1957. There are a few homes which are much newer but most of the homes were built in this time frame. They range in size from a 672 square foot 2 bedroom and one bath home up to a  4,096 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
