Buckingham Estates is a community of 314 homes in Sanford FL. Buckingham Estates is located on the north side of Markham Road and has two entrances. Hedge Sparrows Ln to the west and Merlot Dr. on the western side near Pearl Lake. Both entrances are within approximately 5 minutes from access to Interstate 4 and just slightly more to the shopping malls etc.

The Community

One of the most notable things about the community is most of the homes are either waterfront or on tree lines. Many clients of mine have requested their home not have other homes on every side. This is a perfect community for those clients.

his community was built starting in 2002 and finishing in 2006. The oldest home in the subdivision is a 1996 but it is also an attractive home. The smallest homes in the neighborhood are 2,227 square feet. There are no small or tiny homes. The largest of the homes is 4,566 square feet. The variety of homes is there in size and setting but all of the homes have a good street presence and the community is a pleasure to drive through. In the previous three years 77 homes have sold for an average price of around $420,000. As of 7/18/2018 the highest priced home to have sold was $850,000.
