Bristol Park is a small subdivision inside of the Heathrow Country Club. There are many subdivisions but not all have a street named after them. All of the homes are located on the western side of of the Heathrow Club. There is an entrance on the east side of Markham Woods Rd named Bridgewater Dr. After passing through the gated entrance your second left handed turn is Bristol Ln. All 60 of the homes here are Bristol Park Subdivision.

There are a couple of homes in this section that would likely sell for around $1000,000 but most are still in the $500,000 range. The homes were built between 1985 and 1995.
