The community

Braemar is a beautiful community. It just so happens to be in a lovely area between Lake Nally to the south and Lake Fischer to the north. This is probably one of the nicer subdivisions in the Gotha area. There are a couple of lakefront rivals but Braemar is a really great looking community. Braemar is on Hempel Ave. which is the main road in Gotha. Hempel Ave. is named after its' founder it will get you everywhere you need to go in short order.

The homes in this neighborhood were built between 2007 and 2015. There are only 54 of them. They vary in size from 3,500 square feet to nearly 7,400 square feet of living area. Impressive numbers for a beautiful community. 11 homes have sold here in the past 2 years. Prices have ranged from $640,000 to $1,200,000. Median price was $825,000. Impressive numbers for any community in western Orlando.
