This is probably one of the nicer subdivisions in the Gotha area. There are a couple of lakefront rivals but Braemar is a really great looking community. Braemar is on Hempel Ave. which is the main road in Gotha. Hempel Ave. is named after its' founder it will get you everywhere you need to go in short order.
