For those outside the area Bay Point is located on Lake Tibet. Lake Tibet is one of the lakes in the Butler Chain of Lakes. Lake Tibet is 10 miles or 16 km southwest of Downtown Orlando. Bay Point is on the peninsula on the east side of the lake halfway between its northern and southern shores.

There are many lakefront homes for sale on lakes in this area. Bay Point is similar to The Isle of Osprey just with a better lake and pricing. I would much prefer residing in Bay Point myself.

There are only 36 homes in Bay Point and they do not come up for sale very often. Two reasons for that. The amount of residents and the location. The east side of lake Tibet is just really tough to beat. The heart of Dr. Phillips is only a 5 minute drive away. If you want to hit a water park instead of Lake Tibet, the Volcano Bay is only a 5-10 mile drive from your new home.
