I highly suggest you always confirm the schools and when possible ask the county about scheduled rezoning. 

Avalon Reserve local shopping  

Local shopping and commuting is a snap. The Stoneybrook West Village is just under 1 mile away and there is a Publix Supermarket, restaurants and shops there. If you want more you can visit the Winter Garden Village which is 3 miles away. There is a Lowes Hardware, Best Buy, Pet Smart, Target Supercenter tons of parking and nearly ½ of a square mile of boutiques, stores, restaurants and more.

There is even an LA Fitness. As you can see, there is a reason all of these communities are being built here. To top that all off once you get on the Daniel Webster Western Beltway you are 20 minutes from downtown Orlando or Universals Orlando Resort.

There is a lot of modernization going on in this area. More communities and homes are being built all around. This always brings more stores and service providers. This is a pretty awesome place to be when you also include all of the beautiful local lakes.
