Arrowtree is a large community consisting of over 100 homes and home sites. The home sites are much larger than average for central Florida and the community is absolutely beautiful to drive through. The community was started in 2001 and some homes are still being built. Homes range in size from 1,800 square feet to 8,000 square feet of living area. This community is a hideaway luxury home community. Many people in the area are unaware of what is inside of it.

At first glance the area seems rather rural. It is but not far away are the Florida Turnpike and SR 27. The combination of these roads will get you anywhere you need or want fairly quickly.
