Alexander Ridge is a Winter Garden FL community. Alexander Ridge is a non-gated neighborhood located at the intersection of Avalon Rd. and Tilden Rd. This intersection is East of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (the 429 Toll Road) and approximately 3.9 miles South of Lake Apopka.
Alexander Ridge contains approximately 199 homes. There are no townhomes or condominiums. There are 3 entrances to this community however the entrance on Avalon Rd. is the most easily accessed and most often used by residents and guests.
This was originally a community by Lennar. Lennar builds many communities locally and has a good reputation amongst most of their customers. There is a community pool and pool house with a fenced children’s playground next to it.
As you enter the community on Alexander Ridge Blvd there is a nice center court area between the lanes which really makes the community seem large and open. Just after you pass the community pool on Cestius Rd. there is a nice fountain and off to your right there is an exercise trail and gazebo. Alexander Ridge is basically cut in half at Cestius Rd.
Local Shopping will no doubt be done at the Stoneybrook West Village. There is a Publix Supermarket there, restaurants, childcare and much more. If you want to see more shopping visit the Winter Garden Village. That is where Lowes Hardware and nearly ½ of a square mile of stores, boutiques and restaurants are. You can be there in just a few minutes from this neighborhood.
