Alafaya Woods is located on Alafaya Woods Blvd. which extends from Alafaya Trails on the western side then 2.4 miles through the community finally reaching its' end at East Mitchell Hammock Road on the northern side. On its' way through the community it passes the different sections of the community, the park and miles of red brick fencing and beautiful trees.

The area and shopping

In Oviedo although it can seem a little rural in areas shopping is always relatively nearby. This is once again the case with this neighborhood. Outside of the western entrance is Alafaya Square which is a shopping square.
