Adriane Park is located  southeast of downtown Kissimmee Florida and about 1/4 of the way to St Cloud Florida. The main entrance to the community is located on Neptune Road. There are quite a few communities in this area and it is not hard to get over to US-192. US-192 of course is where you will find most shopping, service providers etc.

To to south is Partin Settlement Road. This is the best way to US-192 and where you will find the best local shopping. 1 3/4 miles from the community entrance is the Publix Supermarket at Partin Village.

The Homes-Community History

The first homes were built here in the late 1980's and the last home was completed in 1994. The houses in this community range in size from 1,891 square feet to 3,362 square feet of living space. There is a large pond in the center of the community and there are sidewalks. Nothing really to drive up the cost of the HOA. Currently the HOA is around $400 per year. 

The Local Public Schools
