Aladar On Lake Butler Windermere FL

Aladar on Lake Butler is just another absolutely incredible neighborhood on Lake Butler in Windermere Florida. Consists of 40-44 homes and properties depending on where you draw the boundary. Roughly half of which are on the West side of the peninsula  placing them on lakefront of Lake Butler. Those homes on the east side of the Peninsula are on Wauseon Bay. Same thing only different. A channel connects the two and it is wide and deep enough for your Lake Butler party barge or ski boat.

One of the unique things about Aladar on Lake Butler is there is no HOA. But you still get community benefits like the boat ramp etc. featured in the video. True most of the lakefront homes have boat docks but when you get your new boat here it has to be put into the water. The boat ramp here is a good one and you have to be a member to use it.

If you have school age family that will be living with you good for them! Lakefront living is incredible and they will love it. Also the schools are Windermere Elementary (very Close),Gotha Middle School (10 minutes) and Olympia High School which is a around 4 miles East and next to The Grove shopping center. Trust me you will be going to The Grove fairly often. It has a lot to offer.

A quick look at any map and you can see that Lake Butler dominates Windermere. It is called The Butler Chain of Lakes. There is a reason for that. Pride of ownership. People on lake Butler take care of their homes. Older homes are often sold only as a last resort or after the owner's passing. I can't blame them. The water is beautiful here and the people are actually very cordial. Famous people blend in and some of of not so famous learn to love the area as well.

Simply the best lakefront properties in Florida. There are other lakes here. Just not on The Butler Chain of Lakes.
