Waters Edge in Turtle Creek

Waters Edge homes for sale are inside of Turtle Creek along with the Avalon Subdivision. Turtle Creek is in Dr. Phillips or Greater Orlando Florida. If you are coming from The North you will be on South Apopka Vineland Rd Just before you arrive. Turtle Creek Will be on your right 2.5 miles South of W Sand Lake Rd. It is a big wide entrance and easy to pull into. It is a gated community and guarded at least during the business days. You can not follow a car in.

Coming from the South you are 2.5 miles North from I-4 on South Apopka Vineland Rd. Turtle Creek will be on your left.

The Location is great. South Apopka usually has pretty easy traffic between W Sand Lake Rd and Waters Edge. So when your looking at a house for sale there you can rest easy knowing that great shopping and activities are just 5 -15 minutes away. By Great activities I mean Universal Resorts, The Chain of Lakes and all of the golf you can ever play.

Some facts about Waters Edge. The homes that will be for sale there most likely were built between 1996 and 2003. So around 20 years ago. However that is not really a big deal for most consumers. You will find the homes for sale in gated communities with HOA's are fairly well maintained.  That is a perk of buying a home there. The HOA fees often vary from house to house in communities like Waters Edge and have restrictions on pets, who can buy there etc. I personally like a strong HOA.

Waters Edge schools

The Schools currently are Sand Lake Elementary, Southwest Middle School and Dr Phillips High School. Dr. Phillips has great schools. However  when your looking at homes for sale in a community do not trust the accuracy of the home description. Trust the OCPS website or just call them. Also before you put in an offer to buy a house I will double check it for you regardless. I always do.
