Bay View Reserve in Orlando is a condominium high rise overlooking Little Sand Lake and Big Sand Lake. It is located in Orlando Florida in an area known as Dr. Phillips. If you are not familiar with the area it is 8.5 miles Southwest of downtown Orlando. If you draw a line from downtown Orlando follow I-4 and just do not turn South. You will land right on top of Bay View Reserve. You will see it in Dr. Phillips on the Southern shore of Spring Lake.

The condos for sale at Bay View will be at the bottom of the page. As far as the area goes it is awesome here. You are actually in the heart of Dr. Phillips. This condominium overlooks 2 lakes. Spring Lake and Little Sand Lake. If you are on the North side you will get to sit on the Balcony and watch Universal Resort at night. The South side overlooks Seaworld and all of the people who wish they had a condo in Bay View Reserve.

The area is spectacular !

Here are some of the area's highlights. There are over 40 restaurants nearby and plenty of grocery stores are within 3-5 miles. You can easily walk to the action in Dr Phillips famous "Restaurant Row" for an evening of entertainment. The shops and boutiques around are to many to mention. Universal Resort and Islands of Adventure are both close to any homes for sale in this area. Also the best golf in the nation is all around you as well as some of the best weather. The homes for sale here all have good schools and I-4 access is a little over 1/2 a mile away via West Sand Lake Rd. If you like boating the lakes around here are famous. You can rent a boat and they will meet you at the launch with it already in the water. You should never want for something to do.

There are only 52 condos at Bay View. The building sits on nearly 8 acres of beautiful landscaping and the gate to it all is shown above.
