Davis Island is located just south of Downtown Tampa Florida and was actually part of one of the first real estate booms in Florida. For example on traditional single family home not long ago sold for $375,000 was built in 1955 and only had 1,000 square feet. The median price here is currently just under a million dollars. The most expensive of the homes for sale on Davis Islands to have sold (publicly) in the previous 2 years was just over $9,000,000.
