Winter Garden Fl 34786 | Pending Properties by Month July 2012 - July 2013

Here is a graph of all the Pending Sales (Under Contract) by month from July 2012 vs July 2013.  This graph shows the activity went up from 66 homes to 116 and increase of 50 homes or 76% increase from last year at the same time.  Below the graph you will see a chart of homes that are pending.  This chart breakdown the sales from Frull Market, Bank Properties(Short Sales and Foreclosures or Distressed Sales) and Non-Bank Properties(Normal Sales or Non Distressed Sales).  You will notice the pecentage of Normal Sales has increased form 47% in July 2012 to 68% in July of 2013.  You will note the Median Price has increased over $20,000 in the last twelve months.
