Windermere FL 34786 Sold Homes for the Month of September  2013

Windermere had 53 homes that were sold from 9/1/13 to 9/30/13.  There were 5 homes that were REO/Bank Owned and 11 homes that were SS/Short Sales in the market.  We had 12 or 23% of the overall homes sold as distressed sales.  The other 77% of the homes were normal or "regular" sales.   The summary below will show you the property address, Sq ft of home, Selling Price, Sold Price, Sold Date, # BR, # BA, Name of Communities, DOM, LP/SqFt, and SP/SqFt.  We have different types of Sold Homes: Single Family homes, Town Homes or Condos, New Construction Homes, First Time Home Buyer and Luxury Home for Sale. 

Windermere Fl  - September 2013 Average Sold Home Price  was $379,471 with an average Heated Sq Ft of 2,599, SP/Sq Ft of $139.09 and a SP/LP ratio of 98%.  The homes had an average 109 days listed on the market before a contract was accepted.
