The Anna Maria, Biscayne and Captiva are the homes in this series. All of the homes have a two car garage and at least 4 bedrooms. The Anna Maria is the only 1 story model. The sizes of these homes range from 2,235 square feet to 2,843 square feet of living area. Perfect starter homes or homes for those who wish to be near Hamlin.

Signature series-60 foot home sites

There are currently 5 models in this series. They are the Arlington, The Arlington with a Bonus Room, Tidewater, Tidewater with a Bonus Room and the Ellington. The Bonus Rooms are typically upstairs and Dreamfinders allows modifications as long as they are settled on before construction begins. I have found them to be an excellent company to work with. The models started off with 2,687 square feet and vary up to 3,628 square feet. The Bonus Rooms add just over 400 square feet to both the Arlington and Tidewater. The additional space is a great idea for those who occasionally have visiting friends or family needing personnel space.

Local shopping and commuting

Local Shopping is already great and it is getting better. Right outside of the entrance there is a commercial area including shops, service providers etc. that is currently being built. On the east side of the 429 about 1 mile away is the heart and soul of Horizons West. The area is known as Hamlin and contains almost all that you will ever need. You will no doubt be thrilled to hear that access points to the Daniel Webster 429 are also less than 1 mile away. 

Wincey Groves public schools

Wincey Groves is in the Orange County Public School system. The Current assigned schools are Keene's Crossing Elementary, Bridgewater Middle School and Windermere High School. That can be confirmed at OCPS.net or by calling them at 407-317-3200. GreatSchools.org is also a good resource. School zones may well be changing often as new schools are being built everywhere.
