Waverly Condos Orlando FL   

When I took the photo above I not only captured Waverly Condominiums but as much of the Lake Eola Park as I could capture. It was a beautiful day to walk around the park. Not to sunny just a perfect 74*. A perfect day to get in a quick stroll or jog around the park. Maybe not as festive as a summertime Saturday afternoon when it is filled with activity. You can be the judge of that later.

Waverly is the rounded more colorful of the buildings seen. There are many condo towers to choose from in downtown Orlando. There are also quite a few incredible townhomes if that is your taste. Catching the right one for sale is the trick.

In the previous year 25 condos have sold in Waverly. That is basically 2 per month so there is always a good chance that there will be a couple of condos for sale in Waverly. The median price in the previous year has been $296,000. To upper end may be a 3 bedroom and two bath condo overlooking the lake for example. For that price expect 2 parking spaces and around 2,000 square feet. The $200,000 variety will likely be around 800 sf. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Waverly of course has 24 hour security and a nice swimming pool etc. This is a perfect way for many people to live in the downtown area. If you work downtown or just like what is available here you should consider a Waverly condo.
