Waterside The Cove

Waterside the Cove here in Winter Garden FL is another beautiful expansion of the Waterside communities. Located on the northern side of Hartwood Marsh road and the southern shore of Johns Lake over 100 homes will be located here.

Waterside the Cove is a Lennar Homes community. The Waterside community originally started off a Cal Atlantic community but Cal Atlantic was purchased by Lennar. You can expect the same quality you will see throughout all three of Waterside communities to be on display here in the Cove.

Waterside the Cove is located about 5 minutes away from the nearest shopping center. There is a Publix, local dining and much more just to the east. If you are approaching from Clermont it is about 10 minutes to the nearest Publix which is located where Hartwood Marsh Road connects to US-27. The best local shopping area is the Winter Garden Village which is a mere 10 minutes away to the the east where you can also access the local expressway.
