The Sanctuary on Bayshore Blvd is a 17 story modern condominium. There are only 15 residences in this luxury condominium and the are all 3,884 square feet in size. There is one which may be 4,170 but that may be disputed as improperly marked. The Condo association fee is over $2000 per month and as you can imagine there are definitely restrictions. The building was originally built by Plaza Construction.

The Sanctuary has a view of Hillsborough Bay and yes you can see downtown and get a partial view of the harbor. Obviously the higher you are, the better your view.
