The Retreat at ChampionsGate is the section of ChampionsGate with homes for sale with no leasing restrictions. The Retreat is where investors will buy property knowing that they maximize the income potential of their home while they are away or opting to live somewhere else.

Owners of homes in The Retreat can join any on the subdivisions in ChampionsGate. That may change so I will confirm it for you before you purchase. Currently the tenants in the homes rented or leased have rights to the Oasis Club but have to pay the regular rate to enjoy the golf course. Owners of the homes may join at a level that includes free golf.

The Retreat Eastern Section (Gated)

Currently the golf course is public. However when the last homes have been built and sold the owners may choose to change the course to a private one. If that is the case something may or may not be worked out for the tenants of ChampionsGate.

The Retreat is the largest portion of the community. Most of it is within walking distance of the Oasis Club. If you are interested in a home in this section contact us.
