The Country Club at ChampionsGate has quite a few golf view homes. This is the section in the center of ChampionsGate and where the newest of the clubhouses is currently being built. Residents here have golfing expenses other than the $20 cart fee built into their HOA.

The Country Club's first homes were built in 2013 and the final homes should be completed in 2019. This is another beautiful area of the community and has 2 electronically gated entrances off of Oasis Club Blvd. Homes are commonly for sale in this section although after the new homes have all been sold expect the number available to drop considerably. There are just under 400 homes here so expect around 2 homes to sell every month after all of the new homes have been built.
