The North Shore Community

The North Shore Subdivision is kind of confusing. So I will address each of the three sections or communities located with entrances on Holiday Woods Drive. Since North Shore has it's own distinct entrance We will start with it.

The North Shore community has it's main and grandest entrance on the south side of Boggy Creek Road across from East lake Elementary School Inside are 171 beautiful single family homes. To compliment the homes there is a large pond in the center of the community, community pool, playground and gazebo overlooking the pond.

The homes in North Shore were built between 2005 and 2011. The a largest of the homes is 4,542 square feet with 6 bedrooms. 

Veredas Kissimmee FL

Veredas is located west of the North Shore. This is a smaller community and not quite as spectacular. There is only one entrance to Veredas and it is on the west side of Holiday Woods Drive.

The homes in Veredas were built beginning in 2009 and completing by 2014. There are 80 attractive homes which are also complimented by having a very nice community pool and playground in the center of the community. The largest of the homes here is a 2,963 square foot 4 bedroom home. Still very nice homes in a gated community here in beautiful East Kissimmee FL.

Holiday Woods Kissimmee FL 

Holiday Woods is located on the southern side of North Shore. This is a very small and you could say exclusive community. It is wooded, gorgeous and of course lakefront on the northern shore of East Lake Tohopekaliga. Homes rarely come up for sale here because there are so few of them. Prices here can range from $225,000 to over one million dollars. In the last 3 years only 3 homes have sold.

Shopping From North Shore

Actually not as bad as it seems. Only 3.6 miles away to the east is a Walmart Fresh Market. You will see it on your way to Buena Ventura Lakes. Part of living away from it all is waiting for it all to move to you. I am sure as this part of the city continues to grow a supermarket will show up here to get your business.

Local Public Schools Assigned
