Right now all around Tampa but mostly in the northern parts if you are looking for traditional single family homes. Condos on the other hand are being built all over the downtown area and Bayshore Drive. There is no better way to get a view of the city or one of the nearby bays. Another option is having a home built in an older community but this may not be the best way to invest. It is best to have a similar home value to your surrounding area.

How to purchase new construction

There are two ways to do this. One is more cost efficient, much less stressful and delivers you a better home. The other is what the builders dream so let's start with the latter.

Builders employ sales people that represent the builder not you. Yes they are friendly and that is how they get sales awards. However they represent the builder and may or may not let you know all of the dealer incentives or give you the best price. Trust me I have seen this countless times. Building a home takes from 4 months to over a year depending on the complexity of the build and no one involved but you cares about you. Just like a used car lot.
