Often I speak with home buyers who want to deal with the listing or seller's agent. Actually this is just the opposite of what you should do. What should you do? Contact me, your professional buyer's agent.
The first thing I do is share information with you that I guarantee the home seller does not want you to know, or to even think about. Keep in mind that if the agent who listed the home for sale shares such information with you this would not please the owner/seller of the home.
Would you want to have to ask for beneficial information, or would you rather deal with a professional who knows you would benefit from knowing it? The seller's agent is under written contract with the seller and most likely not with you. So, where does the seller's agent loyalty really lean towards?
I have no preference which home you ultimately buy. I want us to find the home which fits your wants and needs the best and assist you with a smooth purchase. I am not out to "sell you a home". I am going to help you find and purchase the home you ultimately choose. This will be done when you are ready to make the selection based on all of the information you need.
The biggest complaint about Realtors is they do not answer their phone or respond to emails. If we work together you get my cell phone number and yes I am responsive. I usually only have 4 homes under contract at any given time. My wife and I can easily serve you very well with that workload.
