It is located on the South side of Conroy Windermere Rd next to Shadow Bay Park. Shadow Bay Springs is in Orlando Florida. The part of Orlando that it is in, is known as is Dr. Phillips.

Shadow Bay Springs consists of quite a few homes and it is shaped long North and South and thin East to West. 19 homes could be considered waterfront homes because they overlook ponds. There are some lakefront homes on Lake Marsha. Nearby similar communities, Hidden Estates, Hidden Springs, and Sandy Springs.

Local schools are

Palm Lake Elementary, Chain of Lakes Middle School and Dr. Phillips High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone.
