About St Ives

St Ives consists of 139+/- homes. 9 homes could be considered waterfront homes because they overlook a pond. There is no pool etc in St Ives. However you get to use the larger Orange Tree Recreation Center which has great facilities. A pool, multiple outdoor courts etc. It is located on the South Side of Lake Marsha.

Local schools are

Dr Phillips Elementary, Southwest Middle School and Dr. Phillips High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone.
