Inside of Windermere Wylde you will find only 32 homes. This is a small community by Orlando or Windermere standards. It is however a beautiful community and in a very good location for any wants or needs.

The homes in this neighborhood were built between 1977 and 1981. This is an older community. Even in the 1970's people recognized a good location for a community. The homes are very well shaded as you would expect with 40+ year old trees in a subdivision. The houses vary in size from 2,000 to 4,500 square feet. Yes there are some very attractive homes in Windermere Wylde. 

The area

The location is very good. In all fairness most of the communities in this area are very nice, and some are spectacular. This one is on Conroy Road which allows you to quickly get to anything you would ever need. Most of what you will need on a regular basis is very close. There is a nice Publix Supermarket and much more at the Grove to the west, but there is a convenience store to the east. I-4 is minutes away and so is dining or the greatest golf in Florida. All things considered this is a great place to buy a beautiful home.
