  • Villas- $339,000 (22 Sold)

Those numbers tell a story do they not? This is why you see the community rapidly expanding. Most new residents are searching for a stable secure environment. In any large community you can find like minded people to associate with and you can certainly find them here no matter what your lifestyle choices or personnel beliefs/ opinions are.

The Villages Foreclosures

So what about great deals? What about foreclosures? Well this is a rather large area and yes there are some foreclosures, However do not get your hopes up if you are searching for them. In the previous month only 1 home sold which were bank owned, short sales or auctioned. There just are not many in Central Florida at all right now and especially not here. As for pricing banks look for market value or really close to it when the banks have few homes in their foreclosed inventory.
