Pembrooke is a community in Orlando Florida. Pembrooke is located in Metrowest and its' main entrance can be found on the West side of South Hiawassee Road just South of the Metrowest Golf Club.

Pembrooke is a large non-gated community of approximately 300 homes. Although Bill Frederick Park is very near Pembrooke there is a community pool and tennis court on the Southwest side of the neighborhood. Bill Frederick is a large Park with a lot to offer but there are nominal fees.

This community has a home for almost anyone. There are lots of trees and 15 culde-sacs giving you a chance to buy a home with a larger yard and off the beaten path. The homes range in size from 1,440 to over 3,000 square feet of living area. This calculation does not include garage space etc. The subdivision was built starting in 1988 and was mostly finished by 1991. As for market history in the last 5 years 80 homes have sold. That is 16 homes per year and 18 a year would be normal for a community this size in this area. Apparently it is a stable neighborhood with mostly content owners. There are some nice homes here and the location is very good.

I mentioned Bill Frederick Park already but I did not mention some other important items. This area is very centrally located to shops and stores that we all need on a regular day to day basis. Many of them are actually right outside of the main entrance. Publix Supermarket, a local college and if you prefer a Walmart to shop at there is also one of those within 2 miles of the entrance.
