The most expensive lakefront home to have sold on Lake Whitney was for $2,750,000 back on 7/20/2007. No lakefront home has sold for over $2,000,000 since 02/07/2008 and that was an all cash purchase for $2,150,000.

Having the Northernmost lakefront home on The Butler Chain of Lakes does not mean you are the furthest from civilization. After all it is still just a 3 mile drive to Isleworth.
