Lake Roberts is one of the most Northern Lakes in The Butler Chain of Lakes, It is encompassed mostly by Lake Roberts landing with 11 lakefront homes/properties on the Northeast side. Waterford Pointe on the South and West sides which has 41 lakefront homes. Finally The Windermere Club Lake Roberts Court which controls the lower 1/2 of the Eastern side with 12 lakefront homes. Some interesting facts about Lake Roberts. Lake Roberts measures 3,200 feet from its' furthest North Point to its' furthest Southern point. It measures approximately 2,700 feet East to West. Lake Roberts has a surface area of 116 acres and has a mean depth of 15 feet. A 15 foot mean depth is about average. 15 feet is not very far, but it is real deep.
