As I write this the final vacant lot has finally sold and a new modern home is to be built there. Bravo, the lot was purchased at a great price. In this community you can see homes in Tilden's Grove at Windermere to the north and Lake Davis Reserve on the west side of the lake. Those homes are incredible and great to look across at from these very nice and more reasonably priced homes.

Lake Davis Estates is possibly in one of the quietest places in Windermere. I am amazed how few people actually drive back here. The street gets very quiet once you pass the entrance to Casabella at Windermere and Tilden's Grove at Windemere. People do not know what they are missing.
