Isleworth is a Gated Subdivision and favorite golfer’s destination in Windermere Florida. Isleworth covers I over 600 acres (640 in a square mile) and was originally designed by Arnold Palmer. There is everything you could and should expect back behind Isleworths' guarded and gated entrances. Fine Dining, watersports and a very nice fitness center etc. This is to be expected with home prices etc. as high as they are in Isleworth. Exclusive indeed.
A quick bit on the numbers. At the time I am writing this the homes listed as for sale there range from $1,200,000 to $2,550,000. HOA plan on at least $1,500 quarterly. Some are $1,659 a quarter. Actually that isn’t inexpensive but it is awesome. There are neighborhoods around Isleworth that have higher HOA costs.
The local Schools
Everyone knows about the famous Isleworth golf course and that The Golden Bear Club is close as well. After all this is one of the best places in the entire country for golf.
However, what else is here, how far is it from you? Let’s talk about that. Well if you go up to Conroy Windermere Road and go East for just a couple of minutes you run into Publix, Walmart, LA Fitness and quite a bit more.
I’m going to be honest with you. I don’t go to Walmart that much. But I do still buy steaks and food there when I need to. The Walmart I am talking about is a Neighborhood Market and it is excellent.
