Forest Lake Estates is a beautiful community in Northern Ocoee FL. Forest Lake Estates has filled a void in this part of the city. Now there is another beautiful community but this one is new. A striking entrance marks your arrival and a beautiful new house welcomes you home.

About Forest Lake Estates
Forest Lake Estates is a new Ryan Homes community. I do not believe you will be able to watch golf from your home. Forest Lake Golf Club has the saying no homes just golf. Time will tell. Just a quick note the Forest Lake Golf Club has great rates and a good restaurant. No joke, I know no one there. Forest Lake Estates will be offering 5 floor plans all starting under $315,000. Keep in mind buying new construction is al la carte. The Seller counts on you wanting to personalize the home. There is a Publix Grocer within about two miles at Fountains West toward Lake Apopka.
Local schools for this community
Local Schools for Forest Lake Estates are as follows. Prairie Lake is the Elementary School and the Middle School and High School are both Ocoee. This is not likely to change but I will share this link anyway. When looking up your schools for a new home in Orange county it is best to use this page. Use the map feature.
The HOA
The HOA is $780 per year and there is a matching maintenance fee. Contact us and we can get you documents on the HOA etc. The fee covers a community pool and playground.
