The neighborhood is actually laid out well and although large it is fairly easy to drive around in. There are ponds in Falcon Trace and many waterfront homes. 

Due to the amount of homes there are always Falcon Trace homes for sale. In the previous 6 months 20 sold. Prices normally range from $240,000 to $400,000.  The homes vary in size from 1,446 to 3,896 square feet. This community was started in 1998 and completed in 2005. The location is superb.
