The Estates at Lake Clarice homes for sale

The Estates at Lake Clarice is the sister community to Lake Clarice Plantation in Windermere Florida. The communities are side by side on Lake Butler Blvd. and sit on the northern bank of Lake Clarice. For those from outside the area Lake Butler Blvd. is on the East side of Winter Garden Vineland Rd. about 1.2 miles south of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429 Toll Rd).

There are only 23 homes and lots inside of the Estates at Lake Clarice. At this time nearly all of the premium lots have been built upon. The community is non-gated but still very private. You can't see into the community very well until you enter it. Then you see the large homes and the central pond. Lake Butler Rd. Has some very exclusive and expensive communities on it. Several are gated but there are many million dollar lakefront homes which you can pull right up to. Lake Clarice is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. 

The amenities

The amenities are rather sparse because the homes are incredible. There are 2 tennis courts but most homes here have their own pools and there are two large parks near the Estates Lake Clarice and of course LA Fitness is just a couple of miles away. There are also several golf courses nearby. The likes of Isleworth, Keene's Pointe and several public courses for when you need to fit a game into your schedule.

The Estates at Lake Clarice began construction in 2006. There were a couple of homes which began construction in 2017 that are simply amazing. The prices in the community normally range up to $1,800,000. the lowest priced homes selling for $750,000 and up. The trick is catching the one you want for sale. With 23 homes in the community after the new construction homes for sale have sold very few will come available.

Commuting and shopping

Commuting from this area is really fast and easy. This is one of the reasons there are so many luxury homes on this side of Lake Butler. You can drive to downtown Orlando, Universal or Disney in 20-25 minutes. Shopping for most things you will ever need is less than 2 miles north. The Winter Garden Village has an incredible variety of shops, stores and some restaurants to choose from.
