Windermere is famous for several things. Locally it is also admired for its' good schools and the newly constructed Windermere High School. When you are looking at houses for sale anywhere in the Windermere area you can be confident. After buying a home in Courtleigh Park if you are sitting around with nothing to do it is by choice.

About Courtleigh Park

Courtleigh Park consists of 115 homes. 24 homes could be considered waterfront homes because they overlook one of the several ponds. Normally there are 1-2 homes for sale here. There is a very nice private park area in the community with video surveillance. There is no community pool. However you are literally minutes away from the lakes and a very awesome YMCA South of you in Dr Phillips.

Local schools 

Windy Ridge Elementary, Chain of Lakes Middle School and Olympia High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone. I am very familiar with the county website. I do not ever use the MLS for finding out which schools provide local education for a home or neighborhood.

Courtleigh Park market history

In the past 6 months 3 homes for sale have sold (Some homes for sale do not). The lowest priced home sold for $465,000 and the highest priced home sold for $520,000. The highest priced home for sale to have ever sold was $695,000. However, the median sales price for the last 6 months has been $481,000.
