Avalon Lakes is a large community with both traditional single family homes and townhomes. There are 8 large ponds in the community with approximately 180 waterfront homes. The neighborhood was built in phases beginning in 2003 and being completed in 2006 making it a relatively new subdivision in Orlando. The townhomes in the neighborhood are all located on the Northeastern corner and have their own amenities. Thee homes range in size from 1,695 sf. to 2,368 sf. of living space.
